Catalook to Amazon/Google or Vice Versa

Hello. We have Catalook shopping cart and are interested in having the products also on Google Shopping and Amazon's shopping area. We're not sure if we need to have Amazon as the master and have it push to Catalook and Google Shopping or if we can push it from our current Catalook store.
I'm interested in talking only with someone who has experience in Catalook, DNN, and Amazon and/or Google Shopping. We are not interested in Google Checkout or Wallet experience. Please send me examples of your work through the PM including the Catalook site and where I can view the Amazon and Google Shopping views of the same products.
