Copy all Content and make Screenshots of the Design

Hello, you bid here on an urgent project. My current webdesigner is blackmailing me for money of my corporate website, although I own full rights of the website. The problem is that my website is hosted on his servers so he might take the website offline and I dont have FTP access. It was a lot of work and if he really takes the website offline to blackmail me (force me to pay more money) then I want to be in a situation that I can forward the complete details to a new webdeveloper, because i will not pay this scammer one more dollar if he takes the website offline! Your job will now be: - Make a screenshot of every single page - Copy the content of every single page Make one ORGANIZED document where everything (screenshots & content) is put together, so that a new web developer can easily recreate/clone the website without my help! The website is in english and in german and consists of approximately 50 pages! The project needs to be finished in 24 hours and I will award the bid quickly! Please bear in mind that Im only asking for one organized document with content and screenshots of my existing website. I hope not, but i think he will take it offline. If that happens then I will post a new project to recreate my website, so if you do well, then i might even give you the upcoming web developtment also!
