Artist Myspace Music Page

I'm getting ready to release my first single this Tuesday and I desperately need a new layout for my Myspace Music page. I don't need anything ridiculously fancy, but I do want something that looks both elegant and professional. I want their to be a picture of me at the very top of the page before you see my page, kind of like this: [login to view URL] I also want links to my Facebook, Youtube, Amazon kind of like those on that page. I'm hoping for pictures of me along the right side of the profile and then my name in cursive writing going downwards along the left side. I'll add multiple pictures for you to work with. I'll also put links below to the Amazon listing for my song, my facebook page and my youtube page that I want put on my page.
