Adapt Ai file to Joomla platform w/custom animation

Programming/Platform Website design is available in Adobe Illustrator layers (PDF Sample Attached). I will need the pulse-light designed, see below for info on what this is - or reference the attached file. • The Ai file needs to be converted and placed on Joomla 2.5 platform. Custom Animation • When you hover over any menu item the light above will begin to pulsate. • When you click on any of the menu bar items the light will pause (engage) then zip off down the line while loading the page selected. • Simultaneously, while the light is moving down the line, the page loads in a fluid slide-in effect along with the menu bar and the logo. • This process will repeat each time a menu item is selected. • Here is an example of what the animation could look like: [login to view URL] The only difference would be that the light will travel along the line during the transition. Misc. information • Cannot use Flash. This project must be programmed using HTML 5 and CSS 3. • Due to the relatively unique nature of this project, programming team needs to be fluent in English. • Please provide samples of work that involves similar animation as required here.
