Hi, I have been developing websites with Joomla since 2008. I therefore know all versions of Joomla and have the skills and experience to complete your project. Lately I have completed a number of upgrades from Joomla 1.5 to newer versions (2.5 and 3.2), some of them here on freelancer.com, I suggest you check my reviews. I noticed that one of your sites has a virtuemart store. Last I checkedd Virtuemart is not compatible with Joomla 3.2 and Joomla 2.5 end of life is planned for this month. So you may want to consider a different eCommerce extension for this site. My bid may seem on the higher side to you but it includes both sites and my approach guarantees that you will not carry over malware which is especially important for sites that have been hacked. There are a number of tools supposed to speed up the migration process but none of them really works and rather than spending time trying to fix the issues of the migration tools I do the following.: I install a brand new version 3.2 from scratch, clean, no malware. I then make an inventory of all your extensions and check if they are compatible with the latest version or find alternatives. Then I transfer your content starting with user groups, users, categories, articles and extension specific content. I then start working on a new template which can keep the look and feel of your previous site but based on protostar, the responsive template that ships with Joomla 3.2.
