Convert a Template to a Website - apartments for short term rent

Here is example of site [login to view URL] but any other suggestions are welcome. and here are changes which should be applied to example. Now I'm more specific. Please do not send your past work, just write me about exact web site. Changes from offer Freehold: The site should be a CMS page, so I (administrator) can change any text, photos sizes of columns, etc.... - The frame remains the same, with options to select the language in the upper right corner, but with the possibility to me (administrator) of adding languages later. Links to social networks should be below that. On the upper left side is my address, phone numbers, email address, GPS position of the house. Search tab should not be on HOME (first page). Bigger photos which are changing should be photos of only our apartments, not from other houses which I will add in future. More about other houses (apartments and rooms) is in section 2. 1. Tab HOME (first page) [login to view URL] should contain our existing 5 apartments with possibility to add 4 more apartments. Now there are houses in example. Next to each apartment is: - name of the apartment - “price from... xxx” (shows lowest price during a year) - size in sq m - number of beds - number of additional beds - number of bathrooms - distance from sea in “m” (administrator can change this like other things on site) On left side of HOME page instead of “PROPERTY TYPES” and “FEATURED PROPERTIES” and “ SOCIAL NETWORKS” should be: - HOUSE, - TOWN, - ISLAND. With some text with information about, which I will enter. When clicking on the photo of specific apartment (room) or on “view listing” it will open another window [login to view URL] There should be photo gallery of that apartment. That is same like it is right now in example. There should be up to 20 photos in gallery but it can be less depending of how much photos I (administrator) will upload for specific apartment. Above that should be name of apartment, (now in example is address of house) and on right should be “PRICE FROM ....xxxx”. xxxx should be lowest price in period from “now” till “one year in the future”. “Additional features” in example, should be “EQUIPMENT”, and there should be a list of amenities or equipment which specific apartment has. I wonder is it possible that you make uniform list of amenities - equipment, and when I upload apartments, then I should mark only available ones and only that will be displayed on list of “EQUIPMENT”. For example, when I'm uploading new apartment, after I upload description, photos, there is list.... TV, internet, air conditioning.... kitchen... with small square next to it and when apartment have something from that list then I just mark that square which will result that only marked amenities will be displayed in list of equipment below description of apartment in section “EQUIPMENT” and there should be 3 empty fields to type some equipment which is not on list. So that is check boxes and 3 fields to type. I'm not sure how process of uploading of new properties works so that is only my guessing. Any other proposal is welcome but I want that his will be admin friendly . Below description there should be calendar with availability and prices inside for specific day. (to figure how calendar should look you can take a look at calendar on [login to view URL]). I don't need booking calendar. I need calendar where I (administrator) can enter availability and prices. Each day in calendar should have it's own price. Visitors (guests-tourists) should be to see available and unavailable days and should be able to change months in calendar by clicking on left or right tab or when clicking on the name of current month, names of other months will appear and visitor should be able to “jump” and choose month which he wants to see. Visitor doesn’t need to have option to select days in that calendar to send inquiry about that apartment (room). Below that is share option for social networks with link to that apartment. Instead AGENT there should be an option “send inquiry”. There guest can send me an inquiry (email message) regarding apartment (room). That email messages, which are for my apartments, should be sent on my email address. For other properties, which are explained in section 2, there should be possibility for me (admin) to change receiving email address which could be different for each apartment or same for all of them or for some of them. On left side of that page is map with position of the apartment. There is possibility to enlarge map. Below map is again like on HOME (first page): - name of the apartment - “price from... xxx” - size in sq m - number of rooms - number of beds - number of additional beds - number of bathrooms. - distance from sea in “m” Maybe it will help you with map to know that all my apartments (rooms) are in the same house but in section 2 you will have almost same thing but apartments will be on different places. Below that instead of “FEATURED LISTING” should be “OTHER LISTINGS”. There should be displayed only apartments (rooms) which are in my house and not apartments (rooms) which are in section 2. There should be displayed 4 other apartments which are randomly selected. Remember that at this moment I have 5 apartments for rent in house but in future there will be 4 more apartments. Below that are links to other web sites (weather, currency exchange rate...), social networks, which I should be able to change and add. 2. Tab PROPERTIES should be changed to the name of the OTHER PROPERTIES. There should be another apartments (rooms) which will be in other houses. Those apartments I (admin) will upload within next few months when I collect all information and photos for them. I’m wondering is number of apartments limited or unlimited? I prefer unlimited, but if it is limited I would like to know maximum number of apartments (rooms) which I can upload. When clicking that tab, search engine on left side and map with apartments should appear. Below map should be displayed randomly chosen apartments. That is like in example [login to view URL] It should be possible to search by moving and zooming in and out a map. When doing that properties below map are changing depending of map. It should be possible to click on specific property on map and to open it. Exact position of apartment should not be displayed on that map. Position of the apartment in the map should have 300m error. That is because I don’t want that guests finds that apartment on some other place on internet. Search on left side include filters: location (name of the town), arrival and departure days, and number of persons. Other search options which are now on left side should not be there. When pressing SEARCH, apartments (rooms) which are satisfying filters should appear below map, and they are listed randomly. (below that is „Featured Listings“ and should contain random apartments(rooms) which are satisfying search filter). Other filters should be like on airbnb but without “outdoor/indoor fireplace, first aid, languages, keywords”, filter internet and filter WiFi internet should not be 2 filters it should be one filter “Internet” Filter which is on airbnb “parking on permise” should have name “Free parking near house” Price filter doesn’t have to be like it is on airbnb. There is some kind of scale where you can move it from left to right and that way you see properties with different range of prices. Price filter should be entered by entering price “from” xxx and “up to” ...xxx. When pressing SEARCH, apartments (rooms) which are satisfying filters should appear below map, and they are listed randomly. Next to each apartment (now it is a house in example) are next information which are same like in section 1: - name of the apartment - “price from... xxx” (shows lowest price during a year) - size in sq m - number of rooms - number of beds - number of additional beds - number of bathrooms - distance from sea in “m” addresses and other contacts should not be displayed for any apartment in section “other properties” If search filter eliminates all listings then short note should appear. “We couldn't find any results that matched your criteria, but tweaking your search may help. Here are some ideas: • Remove some filters. • Expand the area of your search. • Search for a city, address, or landmark. Here are some other properties.“ And there should be other apartments (rooms) displayed below map, randomly. Please note that I (admin) should be able to change every text on page. When clicking on the photo of specific apartment (room) or on “view listing” it will open that specific apartment page. On that page almost everything is same like on apartments which are in my house (which are connected with HOME page, 1st section) but the position on the map should be displayed like 300m big circle which center is not in exact position of the house and addresses and other contacts should not be displayed. That is because we don’t want that guests finds that apartment before confirming reservation. All apartments (rooms) are on different position, not on the same like it is for apartments (rooms) which are in my house. „Featured Listings“ on left side should contain random listings which are satisfying search filter. Other is same like it is for specific apartment in my house (section 1), except that I (admin) should be able to change email addresses which are receiving inquiries from Visitors. There should be possibility for me (admin) to change receiving email address which could be different for each apartment or same for all of them or for some of them. Until I upload those other properties instead them I will upload again apartments which are in my house, just to make page functional or some “imaginary” apartments. -3. Tab AGENTS should be deleted -4. Tab PAGES should be named LINKS and there I should be able to enter different links to other pages -5. Tab BLOG is OK -6. CONTACTS are OK. There should be my address, phone numbers.... We'll see what should be on the bottom of the page. (that is now with black color).
