Convert a Magento Template to a Website creating a fully functional webstore

Hi there, I could like the magento ultimo fluid responsive theme template used to create my hair extension brand's webstore. I need it to be fully operative with traffic/keywords/operational links. The following website uses the same template and follows the perfect format as I would like. [login to view URL] The logo would have to be swapped out along with all the images. Id also need you to design the all the buttons/banners for the webpage following our theme. I've included our logo below and some examples of some buttons that I like so you can have a better understanding of what im going for.
