Convert Excel file with simple formula to HTML code for blogger

I have a blog. I have simple excel file with formula (addition & multiplication).
I want to create an webpage for Blogger. The user can enter some data fields on webpage and calculations throw results.
I understand blogger allow HTML code entry.
This page must work on blogger.
I need blog expert.
As a proof if you create a simple blog with few formula it would be great.
I will enter data into that blog page and check your knowledge.
It doesn't need to be too big. just use a b c d values and make a blog page - e.g. a + b = c, c * d = e
