Build an Online Store

Need to take this existing website, [login to view URL] and repair, upgrade and improve so that it includes all hotels in Ghana that are rated 2 stars or better. Must have graphics/image of the hotels, guest s must be able to reserve online, pay on line and payment would be deposited to paypal account. This site would have the technology and sophistication of well-known hotel websites such as [login to view URL] except that our company/[login to view URL] is based in Ghana and sells hotels in only one country. The site should be optimized so that it regains its former place in the top 3 positions on the first page of google. The project must be completed in 3 weeks. The successful bidder will have the opportunity to do the same for at least 3 other sites including similar hotel sites for Mali and Senegal. I need a state of the art hotel booking website with easy instruction of how to make changes including price changes which may be made as often as once per month.
