Build an Online Store magento

************************************************************** Hi Guys, I want to get my website completed. I've hired few programmers and end of the day it didn't work out. I'm really looking for a professional Web developer to work for me and get my website done. I'm interested in Magento platform, please suggest a good and easy Template ,you can get that installed in my website. We will be having at least 1,00,000 products. So make sure all the possibilities while choosing the templates. Should configure the entire site, Right from Menu to Footers. I've logo and Banner already. So no graphics works are there do. I can import the products by myself. Out of my hard time i earned some experience, programmers saying Memory issue, Indexing issue, Hosting issue and etc etc. So please bid if you are experience and help me to complete my website 100%. Once you say the job is finished, i want to start my ads campaign. So please deliver me in that stage. I'm also open for any suggestion in templates and platform. I want the website should be completed in a week time max. 100% milestone can be created. But all the stuffs has to be done clearly.
