Project Name: Hungry Mango Business Scope: Daily necessities Prerequisites: "Hungry Mango" must use the same technologies that have been applied to [login to view URL], the developer company must have professional resources and expertise that matches the following requirements: • Able to use a more flexible software development process for applying changes and revisions according to feedbacks from TBM • Professional with Magento 1.8.1.0 development (the version should exactly match), including but not limited to o Module/Plugin/Theme development o Magento sites integration o Magento SOAP API • Fluent with LAMP, WAMP, or MAMP environment • Fluent with CentOS, cPanel • Fluent with web frontend interaction design and implementation • Fluent with Git Requirements for the development process: • The developer company presents a development plan (could be iterative) with milestones and specific quotes for each function before the project starts. • The developer company updates TBM with the project progress weekly by putting the updated code to the demo server provided by TBM. • Use an agile development process that could cope with changes and revisions after TBM gives feedback according to the weekly progress report. • Working on TBM’s Git (bitbucket) repository. • Test relevant function responsibly along the whole development process.
