Bootstrap Site Needs Edits - CSS, javascript

We're looking for a freelancer to help edit a one-page bootstrap page. Site is located at [login to view URL] We will provide site files upon project acceptance. Below are the edits we need. 1) Under "SECOND HEADER" on our page, we have three images. If you hover over the image, text slides in. But before you hover over the image, you will notice that text is already visible at the bottom of each image (please see attached file). We'd like this text to be hidden until the mouseover. 2) If you visit [login to view URL] and scroll to the very bottom. A white box with text and links will slide in from the right side. Please create this same thing for our page. For the text, you can just have "TEXT GOES HERE". Please make the background color of this box blue. Finally, have the box appear once the user passes the header, "FIRST HEADER". Requirements 1) We will set up two milestones for each item above. 2) This is an urgent request. Project must be completed within 12 hours of project acceptance. So please only respond if you can complete the project in this time frame. 3). This is a bootstrap responsive site, so it must maintain the responsiveness on all devices. 4) Upon completion of each item, you must let us know which files you changed/added. 5) Coding must be clean.
