Hello, I have been developing since 1995, and since then, have come across a lot of issues/up-gradations/enhancements and successfully implemented them. Managing the urgency for the clients, in any timezone is the best aspect i have managed. My main development technology since then is VB, ASP, /.Net, C#, SQL Server/Oracle.
