Designers to work on a website for an Indian Startup

Looking for freelance designers who might be interested in working on a website for an Indian Startup. We would prefer to be submitted a sample JPEG image for the homepae of our site before choosing whom to work with. Here is the brief for the sample: Designers could get a flavour of the startup from here - [login to view URL] Design a sample home page for the website with the following specs: Border less like google + or gmail white background Really simple Design Designers are free to play around with colors The homepage design should consist of the following elements: 1. Navigation bar (Header with different navigation buttons example home etc) 2. Find projects & Post a project 3. Register / Login 4. Footer In case you have samples made before as well, we would be happy to check them out as well. But it is preferable if the sample home page is created. Regards
