Design an create a template for our website backend

You must design and code a back-end template for us by using our design specifications and our current design that we have. What we want to have done is to create a back-end template for our already existing front-end system. The back-end design is described in our design specification that is included in this project. The design must be easy to use and modern. You can use other plugins for the editor and other stuff, but try to keep this at a minimum so it doesn't slow down the site. The finished back-end template must be included in the design that we already have and must be fully functioning as html. This will be sent to the winning bidder. You must also use the header and footer on our current front-end design for the back-end so that the front-end and the back-end will integrate. Please read trough the specification document to see the specifics to what to do. You do not need to create all the pages in the specification, but you need to have all the different elements needed in place so when we start the coding process it's all there.
