Custom phpBB Forum Style To Match Existing Website

I need someone who is familiar with the phpBB system to create a custom phpBB style to match an existing website. The ideal freelancer will have examples of phpBB forums that he/she has customized. (Please don't bid if you are not familiar with phpBB styles). See the attached jpg for a screenshot of what the site currently looks like. The delivered product should have: 1. Colors to match the existing website. 2. All of the standard phpBB graphic buttons replaced with matching graphics (english text only) 3. A header which provides a logo and navigational links to reach the other parts of the website. I can provide any graphics from the existing website that are needed. I would like to use the same background images that are on the existing website if at all possible. The delivered product does not need to have any major layout changes from the default theme that comes with phpBB. The timeframe for development should be one week or less.
