Custom Wordpress template created from rough guide image

The attached image is a quick mock up I made showing ROUGHLY what I'm looking for. As you can see it's still very rough / needs a lot of work done to it. The header for a start is quite obviously a blend of 2-3 images. I'm looking for photorealism, the idea that it's actually a desk with all the items on it. Some of the other changes are noted in the image, some changes will require the designer to think for themselves, hopefully that's what s/he'll be getting paid for :) There's the potential for 2 jobs here; 1. Creating a PSD that fits all our requirements and can be made into a Wordpress template at a later date. 2. All the work involved with task 1, but also creating the actual template. I don't mind hiring two different people for the two different tasks, but obviously if a single person / company can do it all then it will save me on charges. I WILL NOT HIRE ANYONE WHO CANNOT PRODUCE RELEVANT PORTFOLIO WORK. Finally cost is a fair issue here; it's just a little side project I'm running, not something that should cost the earth. **Added extra** As mentioned in the image the StampThis logo needs creating, again potential work for who ever wins this project.
