Create a 15 second animated production of a Steve Waugh talking head

I require an animation/caricature of Steve Waugh, the famous Australian cricketer - see attachment - steve+waugh -The body can be smaller than the larger head in a similar style to attachment - Ronaldo (happy to consider variations) - He needs to be talking for 10 seconds, with facial generic expressions of him talking, such as face, mouth, eyes and eyebrow movement. - minimum animation loop of 5 seconds - Ideally some of his idiosyncratic expressions would be included. - He will be standing and leaning on his bat whilst talking. - It will be matched with an audio, to give the appearance of the Steve caricature talking. - It needs to be viewed on an iphone 4 screen. - File can't be too heavy, as it would need to be downloaded onto mobile devices over 2&3G. - High quality illustration and smooth movements required. - Flexible on formats. ** Up to 3 more sports characters with longer animations will be required for remainder of portfolio - based on success of this Steve Waugh project.
