My Company Website and Logo Design - repost

I am starting my own business therefore I want someone to build my website and design the logo. I have some content and idea about how I want the site to be designed. About my company The services I provide are Business Analysis (Software Requirements, Analysis, Design, Scoping, Estimation, Prototyping etc.) Infrastructure (Procurement / Deployment of PCs, Servers, Macs, Public and Private Cloud, Google Apps Setup etc. ) IT Recruitment Services (Mainly for Business Analysts and Developers) The site will have maximum 4 pages (Home, Services, About us, Contact) The design of the pages should graphically show the visitors about the services on offer, as the content will be minimum I would like a simple and clean design. Any mock-ups or ideas with your bid will help in deciding the award of this project The template will be responsive so it adjusts automatically on Mobiles, Tablets and Desktops. I should be able to add / edit and delete content my self once the site is fully developed. I will provide all the tags for SEO Site map is a must so it shows on Google correctly indexed with all the subpages. This is very important requirement, as I need to launch Google Ad words campaign once the site is live Communication is very important throughout the development of website. All the bidders must have verified contacts (Email, Phone and Skype) I would prefer someone who can finish the project within a week as I need to go live ASAP and I will be able to assist throughout the development
