Changes made in EBAY template

We are looking for someone who can make a couple of changes in the "listing design" template for our ebay store. The template we have now is one that we contracted out here on Freelancer back in July 2010. Its in html form and have decided we would like to make a few changes and are looking for someone that can help us with this. The two changes I am looking for are listed below: 1. In the template, where it reads: "Racing Parts sold by Racing People" we would like to replace that with: "Orders placed by 7pm will ship the same day!!" I have attached a crude photo that I had drawn up in Photoshop that you can look at and get an idea of what I am wanting. 2. In the template where it reads: "Questions? Call (phone #)", I want to make the same image, but with our 800 number in place of the one there - but I may not keep the 800#, so I would need someone that can show me where I could go into the html and remove the 1 800 image and replace it with the original. I don't know if it is as easy as changing the html or if it would have to be a complete redesign on either of these request. If you need to look at the html, we have attached it. Willing to pay for either. I'm not looking for the lowest priced bid, I'm looking for someone who will do it right, and do it quickly. Don't waste my time and I won't waste yours.
