Adult webcam site

Hello, I'm looking for a website designer to create a site for a domain I recently purchased. The site is an adult website, and offers adults the chance to work for themselves via the site. If you search the net for the term "webcam models", this should give you a clearer understanding of the idea and applications I intend to use and implement in the site. I'm after a simple, unique and modern design, which has many features, a simple break down would be: - Home page, containing an introduction, legal notice and relevant application forms to become a legitimate model. - A part of the site which would allow approved members to edit their details and process payments ( and contain a host of sub categories containing help information, tips, financial information etc. ) - A part of the site would then be needed for admin to manage approved members - Finally the most important part of the site which would be visible to website visitors wanting the adult services offered would display the webcams of working members with a side panel of filtering categories.
