Charity proposal for Christian/Muslim/Judaic relations

In light of the recent events, not to mention the long-standing friction between the two groups, I would like to start a charity to promote peace and understanding between the three faiths. I am willing to do most of the management, but as I am already managing two other charities, I am looking for partners to help develop and run the organization. Your services would be paid for but as an actual part of the organization, we would look for you to have more input on the overall strategy and programs.
Obviously, we are not looking to bring peace to all people of the world, but I would like to use the donations to run a series of TV commercials/magazine ads/web content/etc. to emphasis the vast amount of peace and tolerance within the three faiths.
For the initial startup, we will need a website developer/writer and the ability to translate the site into the languages for our audiences. I will accept bids for other parts of the organization to be used later. I will fund the starting costs of the organization. Within your bid proposal, please state what part of the project you are bidding on(website design, copy writing, telemarketing, marketing, site hosting, etc.) Also, state your level of committment in the organization. If you only want to bid on a specific project and not have an ongoing relationship, just say so.
