Create a HTML Template using Foundation 3 Framework (HTML5, CSS, jQuery) from existing Design

preface ------- Project goal is to create an HTML document using the "Foundation 3 Framework". The generated template in a further stage of the project integrated in a CMS as a template. All layouts and graphic elements are provided. An employee from our company will be your exclusive agent and answer questions and providing content if requied. Objective is to provide two templates. One for the Homepage and for all other pages. The template has to be responsible for different devices using the Framework. platform specification ---------------------- The template is to create using the "Foundation 3 Framework". The responsible template has two designs. One design for desktop like devices (PC, MAC, Tablet) with larger screens and one design for mobile devices (iPhone, Android, Windows Phone) with small screens. browser specification --------------------- All Browsers that are supported by the "Foundation 3 Framework" need to be compatible for the created layout. If an user has an incompatible browser, you need to detect that and and redirect him to a special landing page. If the user decide to continue anyway using a incompatible browser by klicking a link/button you need to place a cookie to remember that choice and not redirect the user again to a landing page again. If the user is browsing the pages using a incompatible browser a yellow warning bar is show on top to inform him that this browser is not fully supported. structure --------- The Structure of the Template Files is based on follow logical system. The Wordpress CSS Coding Standards apply for CSS. visual styles ------------- Two visual styles need to be created using responsible design provided through the Foundation 3 Framework.
