Convert html from "table" to "div"/"span" - EASY $15

A VERY **SIMPLE** task. We have a small page of HTML code which uses tables to display some information. The problem is that as it uses nested tables it will not display as intended on our mobile site. Very simply we need to convert the TABLE to use <DIV> and <SPAN> tags as opposed to tables.
