Project Description: We require a web page laid out in C# ASP.net. The page layout should follow the look shown in the [login to view URL] as follows: • Create a header section as shown with a full width light blue banner and logo to the left. • Create a ‘Company selection’ section with a single radio button labeled ‘Company number one’ • Create a ‘Facility selection’ section with the 11 radio button labeled ‘Facility number one’ through ‘Facility number eleven’. • Create 2 ‘Facility chart panes’ with the following components: o A ‘Department selection’ drop down where the user can select one department or all. See [login to view URL] for what this drop down looks like o Three main vertically aligned doughnut charts for Batteries, Chargers, and Workstations as shown in the mockup o One ‘drill down’ level of sub charts hanging off the Battery chart. In the live page, this will appear to the right of the selected chart (the one the user has clicked on). o A horizontal line connecting the selected Battery chart to the drill down chart and a vertical line connecting the 3 sub charts showing they are logically grouped. o A ‘Create Report’ button • In the mockup [login to view URL], the 2nd facility screen is cut off but I’d expect the full 2nd facility screen to be laid out. Phase 1: Layout the web page as described above using standard C# ASP.net controls. IE follow the layout positioning and page coloring as closely as possible but don’t worry about the controls looking exactly like the ones shown Phase 2: Create custom controls to match the look shown in the mockups including: • Custom radio button that appears to look like the one in the mockups • Create a doughnut chart with the center section containing summary count, and 3 legend items as shown in the mockups • Create a ‘selection’ line from the selected doughnut chart to its 3 vernicle sub charts • Create a custom dropdown menu with single select radio buttons as shown in [login to view URL]
