Add animation to a site - live draw technology

Hi - please read this carefully and understand what I need doing before you bid I have a new website called [login to view URL] which allows users to set up a variety of different draws and then we randomly select the results. We have 4 different types of draw as you can see on the site. At the moment, once the user has set up the draw, there is a countdown and then the results are shown, but what I would like is if it did a live draw so you actually see the results being drawn out.
