Conversion to WPF : UI Change VB.NET Program

We need to convert a a windows form based program. To work with WPF. It has APIs that work with CAD packages such as Solid Works and grasshopper/Rhino. The UI needs significant change. The other changes are minor. You must have :
1) Experience with WPF class (with demonstrable examples)
2) Reffereces. People who are :) with your work.
A definite plus if you have SolidWorks or Rhino installed. So that you can test the program.
A video of the software is available at :[url removed, login to view] I developed the APIs and the program but I am not familiar with WPF. I will help in integrating the APIs and testing it out with SolidWorks and Rhino.
