Artificial Intelligence Chat Bot for Yahoo and AIM Messenger

What im looking for is a very skilled programmer to design and develop a sophisticated and user friendly Artificial Intelligence Chat Bot. The program will take a script file i write, and wait for incoming messages, then after each incoming message reply with the next line of the script. It must also have a separate file where it has a list of "trigger words" and different responses to each trigger word. I am ONLY looking for someone who has done this type of work before, this is not for beginners. I need this done ASAP. I would also like exclusive rights to this bot/program meaning you do not have the authority to resell this to competitors.
