Hello, my name is Nicole and I would like to be considered for your Virtual Assistant position. I am a stay at home single mother that has also taken my career of customer service/data entry to the Virtual environment. I am proficient in managing tasks, calendars, organization, setting appointments, managing bills and even bidding on jobs as these are daily tasks I do everyday. My English is excellent, although a bid of the Yankee accent, but it's the only language I speak or know. I am available via Skype, for some reason gmail chat doesn't like me and won't work. I don't have Viber either but can look into it if it's a preference of yours. I have Skype on both my laptop and my cellphone so I can always be available if needed. I am easygoing and like to bring a personal feel to the professional world, it's why I wanted to be a Virtual Assistant. I enjoy helping people, giving them ideas and streamlining their lives and businesses. I hope to hear from you soon and thank you for your time and consideration for the position.

Hello, I am currently an Assistant to a Website Design company and have experience with everything you have listed below. I am currently working with a client that owns and runs four small businesses and have been responsible for project management, email and phone communication with clients and prospective clients, filling out proposals, setting appointments and setting up travel arrangements. I currently pay business bills for this particular client as well. I have experience with all Microsoft Office products as well as online products such as gmail, yahoo! mail and more. I am experienced in adding content to websites, and online classifieds such as Craigslist. I am located in the CST Zone and am available from 8 am CST to 8 pm CST via Skype, gmail chat, email and text. All communication with me will be answered within 15 minutes or less.
