Circuit Board Design for low power low freq Radio

Need a Circuit board designed. This will need to be capable or transmitting and receiving on 6m, 17m, 20m, 40m, 80m, and 160m bands. I have full parts list, schematic, block diagrams of similar radio from 1990s. I would like same function but with updated smaller circuit design. I will send full details of drawings once NDA form is signed. Not looking for software defined radio. This will be hardware operation.
