My name is Kristine Laura Dela Cruz and I would like to express my
interest for the Virtual Assistant position. I have an 8 year
experience in both Customer Service and Technical Support field.
I currently work as a Trainer and handled Technical Support, Sales,
Winback and Retention campaigns. With this, I am accustomed to
coaching and developing people. I am able to create modules,
curriculum, agenda, training need analysis and other training
materials. Prior to climbing my way up to being a Trainer, a became a
Technical Support Representative and Escalations Agent. I handled
various concerns that are not limited to troubleshooting Internet
Connection, Email, Telephony, VoIP and Fibre services. I also have a
wide range of experience as a Customer Service Representative. I
played a critical role of verifying basic business information for
various businesses in the US.
I have the tools, knowledge and skills required for this job. My work
experiences will help me become the person most suitable for this
position. Moreover, I am more than willing to be trained, learn new
things and I can start immediately.
