Application Testing Project

I have two project going live in the next 6-8 weeks. I am looking for a small team of testers. First Project will be a Social Network where I need the users to create accounts, login from facebook accounts , add friends, upload photos videos and a couple of special features. Like in facebook etc... Second project is a restaurant listings site where the user will search for and book a table in a restauratant. As well as Set up accounts, Manage Bookings. I would also like the team to have some technical ability as some of the tasks will involve installing iframes onto websites etc.. I am looking for someone who has experience in testing cross platform with multiple browers, and has experience in logging problem reports as well as defining a strategy for testing. Project 1: Social Network is being built on the Social Engine Platform but will be highly customised. Project 2: Booking Engine is built using Ruby on Rails. I am especially interested in hearing from people with Test Automation experience as I would like to be able to perform some performance/volume tests on both the applications and the architecture.
