Vacant or Model Apartments Make-Readies The Office Our Laundry Facilities I would like Check lists for her to keep track of her daily, weekly and monthly duties. These must be Editable Word documents (.doc) Must include list of typical house keeping duties. These lists are to help her stay on track of things. We pride ourselves in our exemplary customer service and our high standards. These documents must also be professional, but also pleasing to the eye. Our colors are teal and orange. We are currently rebranding and creating a new logo, but our complex is named Country Club on 6th.
