B2B Telemarketing (Appointment Setting)/Pay Per Appointment

PLEASE BID ON PRICE PER APPOINTMENT, IN BLOCKS OF 10 APPOINTMENTS. (E.X. BID $125 IF BID IS $12.50 PER APPOINTMENT) We are looking to start with 10 appointments per week. Looking for a good English-based firm to call USA businesses. Must be USA, Philippines or UK based call center. (No hard to understand dialics please.) This is a on going project for the right company and can grow to cover USA, Canada, and UK after successful start. Need calls starting AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Weekly pay-out by PayPal or other transfer. You'll be setting appointments with CEOs/Owners of businesses to discuss company health insurance. Companies should be called Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST) All the companies are in New York. The target company is between five and 40 customers. Many telemarketing firms have their own list (which may be better than my list), please advise if this is the case. Full script will be provided. Budget will be between $250 and $750 per month.
