Book appointments with qualified business owners.

Hi Freelancers! My name is Tyler Schraff and I am an account executive for a large web development firm in Orange County, California. I am currently looking for someone to generate quality leads and book appointments for my team to close. These leads would have some minimal criteria. Criteria such as being a small to medium sized business (restaurants, gyms, retail stores, vapor shops, and marijuana dispensaries are usually what we look for), have an outdated website, qualified as someone who is looking for a new one, and are in the USA. \r\n \r\n We are unique in our strategy in comparison to other web development companies. We will book qualified \"specs\", which are owners who have been qualified in their need for a new website and build them a new rough draft of their website free of charge before I personally contact them to close them and sign them up. This aids in our ability to effectively showcase the benefits of our service.\r\n \r\n So I would in fact be looking for someone to contact qualified owners, let them know that we have built them a website free of charge. Although the website hasn\\\'t been built yet, we have a very talented team that can build a site within an hour. If qualified and would like to see what we have built for them, then you would set up a specific time and date to have my team give them a call for a 10-15 minute presentation. When a qualified lead sets an appointment with you, you will fill out the lead form that I provide to you. This includes fields for Name, Web Address, Phone Number, Physical Address, Industry, Presentation Date and Time, and an area for an pertinent notes.\r\n \r\n I am looking for someone who can effectively book at least 1-2 appointments per hour. This is the minimal rate in which appointment setters in house are required to meet, so I know this is manageable for anyone who has any telemarketing experience.\r\n \r\n If I decide to hire you I will also spend 1-2 paid hours on the phone with you to train you to represent what my team and I do in the best possible manner.\r\n \r\n \r\n I DO incentivize anyone who effectively sets GOOD appointments. For every qualified appointment you set, and I am able to close I will pay out 25 dollars. So, in essence, at $10 an hour to start if you work two hours, set 4 appointments, and one of them closes you will be making $45 dollars. \r\n \r\n I am looking for someone who can set these appointments like a BEAST! I believe there are those willing and able to blow my in-house team out of the water.
