Appointment Setter for Phantom CTO. You will be calling business owners and setting up appointments for one of our sales reps. We are seeking individuals willing to work on a COMMISSION-ONLY basis. This is a long term project so we would like to build a successful relationship. Who should apply: Please only apply if you have previous telemarketing and/or appointment setting experience, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding appointment setting goals. You must be driven, focused, persistent and highly motivated. Candidate Requirements: -Must speak Perfect American English.(Phone interview required for english quality) -Must be a very organized person or business to set appointments -Be able to establish rapport quickly -Possess a professional, enthusiastic telephone personality Position Responsibilities: -As a telemarketer for our business, you will call companies in the United States (cities provided) to market our services. -You must be able and willing to make 50 to 100 outbound calls per day and be willing to do whatever it takes to secure set goals. -Must be able to place set appointment and lead contact information into Google Calendar immediately upon receipt. How You Will Be Paid: You will be paid 5% for every client that signs a contract with us from the appointment set with packages ranging from $599 USD to $6950 USD. You will be paid bi-weekly through PayPal or xoom.com. If you start getting a good number of appointments, we will negotiate raising your commission rate. With qualified appointments, our sales closing ratio is 30-40%, so you can definitely make a LOT OF MONEY! What We Offer Our Appointment Setters: -You may work from home, as long as you have a quiet office space with the following: VOIP telephone/Skype, a fast computer and broadband Internet access) and no distractions (small children, barking pets, etc.) -Make your own hours, as long as you make daily calling and appointment setting targets for US businesses with US business hours the most ideal time would be 8 am to 3 pm US time. -We will contact you on a weekly basis to keep in touch with you and see how your calls are going. -We will provide a simple script to qualify prospects in setting your appointments. -COMMISSION ONLY, so you can earn as much as you like, there is no limit.
