Business Development - Only Freelancers Apply - No Companies

I need Freelancers who want to help my company expand. We need someone to bid on bidding portals, send emails to potential clients, find leads, create leads, and close deals. We will provide training. We are on a budget, so please, no replies from europe, america, or canada. This particular job will not require someone locally, you will be given template based responses and email forms. You just need to have good sales skills and be able to produce leads on your own.
