Display Incoming Caller ID on Asterisk Box

I need help because suddenly my asterix box doesn't display incoming caller ID. I dont know our telco company's caller id system is DTMF or FSK, so you need to find out your self. I'm using Digium AEX800B PCI Express Analog card. Also my asterix box answer a incoming call after 4 or 5 rings, I want it get answered on first or second rings.
