DNS proxy system + WHMCS module

I need a "smart dns" proxy system like [url removed, login to view] and unblock-us.com. The DNS proxy system will need to utilize a MySQL database, and a WHMCS module will need to be written to communicate with the proxy system. The dns system will need to proxy all of the sites listed here: [url removed, login to view]
For some services that use HTTPS (netflix in particular), a NAT system will need to be used with dedicated IPs:

X="[url removed, login to view]"
iptables -t nat -I PREROUTING -d ${Y} -j DNAT --to-destnation ${X}
iptables -t nat -I POSTROUTING -d ${X} -j SNAT --to-source ${Y}
If you don't have a 100% grasp on what were doing here, you're not the one for this project. As clever as this system is, it's actually pretty straightforward if you know what you're doing. Unreasonably high offers will be ignored.
