hi , I am an experienced windows and linux application developer and just compiling code into a windows executable is pretty easy an doesn't require much money..

I have experience building applications on the Qt environment MSYS (MinGW). Just framework itself meets regularly once a month for the project.

First of all, it is needed to know exactly what application will be built, for providing you more details. And i think, MinGW will be good enough instead of Cygwin.

I already has experience on porting Linux app to CMake and Windows platform. So compiling an already Windows-compatible app with CMake is an easy task. I have two questions: - Do you want to compile on both MS visual studio and Cygwin platforms or just one of them (Cygwin will be more recommended)? - Is an installer provided when building the app? if not, I can develop an .exe installeur
