clang linker problem (Visual Studio 2015)

I have attached a VS2015 project. I think it should work fine, but for some reason, I am getting the error "undefined reference to 'opus_decoder_create". I am pretty new to clang and VS2015, so perhaps somebody immediately sees my mistake. I need somebody who can fix this problem and make it compilable for ARM as well. If somebody knows the problem, it will be a 10-minute-job, I think. Thank you.

I can't see any attachment, but I've got quite some experience working with both clang and gcc, as I work as a full time C and C++ programmer on Linux embedded.
