Db architecture second opinion for optimization -- 2

Hi, we have made the db architecture for our new website.

We need a second opinion for it for the following objectives:

1. As a sounding board to certify/ verify that our db architecture is on the right lines as per the project vision.

2. Suggest improvements for optimization so that in the planning stage itself those changes given by you can be incorporated rather than developing the entire website development and face problems after few months.

3. The db architecture suggestions for improvements must unable us to make it as per compliances and keep our future vision in mind.

4. It would be great if you are a certified person with credentials.
