[C++] Get weekday/hour/minute from Unixtime with modulo inklude daylight savings time

Hallo, i need the c++ code to get the weekday, hour and minute from the Unixtime using modulo inklude daylight savings time. The code must use modulo to get the weekday, hour and minute . Do NOT use struct tm. Inklude the switch from Central European Time (CET) to Central European Summer Time <CEST>. CEST is between 1:00 UTC on the last Sunday of March and 1:00 on the last Sunday of October. When iterate all seconds of Unixtime from 0 to now (1494172759) all values should be the same like struct tm. Thank you for looking, I look forward to hearing from you
