Develop end-to-end Social Media Web App with Django Backend

I am looking for a small web app development company to develop the end-to-end web application in Django backend with functionalities mentioned below: Bidder needs to develop complete UI, Front end and Backend. User should be able to receive instant notification if any one comment on his post. User should be able to receive instant notification if he receives any message.
