Please provide more details so I can provide an accurate proposal. What extension do your encrypted files have? Ransomware normally includes a text file with instructions, please provide a copy of that file. Some decryptions require copies of encrypted files to be submitted along with the original unencrypted version for analysis - I can assist with this. I assume no backups are available for recovery?

I have a lot of experience with file encrypting virusses, all I need to identify which it is 1 sample encrypted file and if applicable a message or note that it left, then i will identify it within the hour providing you with a way to decrypt the files, note that if the virus is unknown, I will need the infected file that started the virus
