DJI phantom 3 software

I have a DJI Phantom 3 advanced edition coming in soon. I have a windows computer here and I will need you to set up a web server, as well as build a custom windows application. The server will be a website where people can create accounts. The website will have to be able to take data such as current location, package destination location. This information will be fed from the server to a custom windows program that will use this data to manage the dji phantom drone's flight path. Stats will also be relayed back such as altitude, estimated time until arrival, ect. We will discuss more in the chat.
