Create a very accurate dictation system for SAPI([login to view URL])

Hello I am looking for someone to create an amazing SAPI training system that trains the users voice for better accuracy. This system should be able to make dictation much more accurate.

SAPI:

I need the SAPI to train and have a dictation pad where it recognizes every word with 80%+ accuracy when trained. Please only bid if you are know about microsoft's speech API ([url removed, login to view] recognition) and can do this project.
