Hi Sir. It is very much possible to add a custom field in Email message and to have a msg file created, which is compatible with Outlook. I have done similar project before and I exactly know how to manage. I can share an initial draft as a sample for you to evaluate, if my skills require further proof. Add to your existing c# application the feature of generating eml files with information already available in the application (a particular email). You can add any extra information to the eml file. I'm 8 years experienced designer/developer currently working for the railway industry.
