Consulting Service for SAP ERP Implementation

Business background: A small food manufacturing business intends to implement SAP ERP system to manage the business' internal and external operations in an integrated manner. The company produces customized meals catering to businesses and individuals with more than 2500 daily deliveries. It manages a number of retail stores and warehouses. The company offers subscription plans and in-store items. For subscription customers, there is a daily menu that offers different options for each meal of the day, totaling about 20 different food selection. The process applies to everyday of the month, and the menu is set for the full month and they monthly menu gets changed 4-5 times a year by replacing about 30%-40% of the meal offering. All the inbound and outbound logistics are managed by the company, so is the manufacturing process. The company has met with several SAP partners to implement a SAP solution. The partners offered different options with varying scopes, features and upfront and ongoing costs. The offered options are: Business One, Business All-in-One, and SAP Business ByDesign. The project scope: This project is designed to receive a consulting service with regards to the selection of the most suitable SAP solution for the business described above. A full list of system and business requirements will be provided upon awarding the project. Deliverables: 1) A short report that includes a side-by-side comparison between the different SAP options and a list of recommendations for the selection and implementation of the system. 2) A presentation of the findings and recommendations followed by Q & A session.
