CAD/Floorplanner Assistance

Hi I am currently doing an Interior Decoration Course and need assistance to understand the fundamentals of Floorplanner. I know exactly what I want as a designer but I am having a problem getting the changes onto Floorplanner. The brief requires that I start by re-creating the entire ground floor. Develop a layout which has less emphasis on formal dining, a more functional kitchen and increased space for casual entertaining and family activities. The rooms can be changed but the stairs and exterior walls will have to stay where they are. the floor plan must be drawn using a scale of 1:50. I am looking for someone to take instructions from me and make the changes and also to teach me how to use this software so that I am able to submit my assignment. It is a two story house and the first assignment is the ground floor. I would like to communicate via Skype as I think that is the easiest way to make changes or get guidance to make changes. I am sure once I have the swing of it, I will just need your help to tidy up prior to submission. Only those with Floorplanner knowledge kindly respond. I am finding it hard to estimate how many hours are required so may go with a fixed cost for the right person.
